Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant/ Paralegal/ Processor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support the firm by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help drive successful real estate transactions and foster positive client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the real estate industry while contributing to a vibrant, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, is personable, reliable, resourceful, self-motivated, teachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace. Duties Managing client files, answering the phone, communicating with clients and other firms and settlement agents Preparing documents, tracking offers, and facilitating communication between parties Ordering title searches, payoffs, or association dues Preparing HUDs and Closing Disclosures Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and guiding clients through the closing process Maintaining organized records of contracts and transactions, legal documents, and client information in compliance with Virginia Code. Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless operations Support administrative functions including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and legal documents for court submission Experience Prior experience in real estate administration, real estate processing or in paralegal duties is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with real estate law, property law and estate planning is preferred Proven customer service experience with a focus on building positive client relationships Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career in real estate!
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
