Job Description
Leasing Consultant Dreyfuss Management LLC is a well-established Property Management firm that is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for a multi-family apartment community located in Falls Church, VA. Primary responsibilities include interacting with prospective residents, communicating the value of living in a Dreyfuss community, securing lease agreements, initiating the verification process to qualify prospective residents, communicating lease expirations, facilitating lease renewals, and assisting with property marketing activities. The successful candidate will embody and work to reinforce Dreyfuss Management's Core Values throughout all aspects of the leasing process.

Specific community needs will be communicated as written above in order to be most effective. Duties and Responsibilities- Lease apartments to prospective residents by communicating the value of residing at the property.
- Respond to phone, chat, text, and email inquiries from prospective residents in a timely manner.
- Apply sales techniques to schedule tours of the property.
- Meet with prospective residents and check the availability of units based on preferences and budget.
- Collect required information from prospective applicants to approve or reject them for a lease.
- Complete all forms and data entry associated with leasing activities including helping applicants to apply online and in the office.
- Notify prospective resident of approval or denial.
- Assist qualified prospective residents with completing lease agreement and collect initial monies owed prior to move-in.
- Assist new residents with the move-in process.
- Prepare and maintain a file for each resident according to policy and procedures.
- Assist with marketing efforts in the community to promote positive awareness of the property and increase traffic of prospective residents.
- Receive and correspond with residents regarding service or other needs.
- Promote positive resident relations and provide impeccable customer service.
- Adhere to a varied work schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
- Must adhere to all Fair Housing and Sexual Harassment company policies.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends Preferred Qualifications Spanish or bilingual a plus, but not required.
Pay:
