Job Description
Park View Federal Credit Union is seeking a Closing Assistant for our Members Title Department to support the coordination of real estate transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for managing time-sensitive administrative, technical, and logistical task while delivering top-quality service to buyers, sellers, members, attorneys, real estate agents, lenders, and other business partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. This individual will represent Members Title and Park View Federal Credit Union in a manner that reflects our commitment to exceptional service and trusted relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the title and real estate industry while developing a strong foundation in the closing process from start to finish. The budgeted pay range for this role is $19.16 - $23.42
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or specialized training in real estate or title work At least two years of applicable work experience required. Experience in real estate or title work preferred.Credentials, Certificates, Licenses:
Obtains and maintains Notary Public designation Valid drivers license and ability to travel to courthouse as needed Knowledge & Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient in writing and editing Must be dependable, accurate, detail-oriented organized, service-oriented, and a team player Strong, multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervisionBenefits
