Weekdays, 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays, 10:00am to 5:00pm HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! Assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing inquiries. Process rental applications and leasing documentation. Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and resident information. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents. Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks. Address resident concerns and provide solutions to leasing-related issues. Promote property features and amenities to prospective tenants.

Position Requirements:

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Sales and persuasion skills to support leasing goals. Administrative and organizational skills for office tasks.
