Job Description

Troxell Leigh P.C. is seeking a full-time Paralegal to support our real estate department. The ideal candidate is someone with 5+ years of experience working in a law firm, who is reliable, versatile, organized, punctual, and can work equally well alone or in a team. Responsibilities Manage attorney correspondence and email with professionalism and discretion Draft, format, and edit legal documents with exceptional word processing accuracy Organize and maintain files for transactions, development projects, and commercial/farm and acreage matters Track deadlines, closings, and key milestones across multiple active matters Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other counsel as needed Support day-to-day office operations and workflow What Sets a Superior Candidate Apart Prior experience in real estate law, land use, transactional practice, or a related legal field Experience with real estate settlements and business transactions, including preparing documents for the same Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong organizational instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities without oversight A polished, professional presence and sound judgment in client-facing communications
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
