Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Apartment Leasing Agent to join our property management team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in real estate and property management. Duties Greet prospective tenants and provide comprehensive information of available properties, highlighting features and amenities to generate interest. Manage application and leasing processes efficiently, including application screening, background checks, and document preparation using AppFolio software. Ensure all leasing activities adhere to
VRLTA, FHA, HCV
program. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, email, and in person to answer questions and to provide guidance throughout the leasing process. Verifying and updating property unit details within AppFolio. Taking pictures, installing & removing For Rent Signs, conducting virtual tours, confirming keys are available for showings. Requirements Virginia Real Estate License. Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate. Strong knowledge of
VRLTA, FHA, HCV
housing programs, NSPIRE. Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel), and client communication tools. Demonstrated conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully while maintaining professionalism. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping related to property leasing activities. Join us in creating an environment where residents feel valued! Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
