Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Have or be able to obtain a real estate license Work your way through our training program Be able to have conversations with people who inquire about homes using phone, email, and text communication Maintain appropriate communication with clients throughout the process Be proficient in using computers and smartphones Be a team player Show homes Write and negotiate contracts

Proven track record of maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients. Proficiency in using computers and smartphones to manage tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals. Experience in or eagerness to learn how to show homes effectively to potential buyers. Skill in writing and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms for clients.
