Position Overview As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You will play a key role in leasing apartments, maintaining occupancy goals, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse resident population. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, and knowledgeable about affordable housing compliance and leasing best practices.
