Own the full transaction lifecycle from listing launch through contract to close, ensuring every step is executed with precision and professionalism. Deliver a world-class client experience through timely, proactive communication via phone and email on behalf of the team, through contract and beyond. Enter listing data, descriptions, and photos into MLS with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and all listing launch functions to ensure every property hits the market ready to impress. Serve as the primary liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers, keeping all parties aligned and informed. Read and interpret all contract terms to execute obligations on time and maintain accurate, compliant transaction files including inspection reports, receipts, and supporting documentation. Build and manage transaction timelines with proactive follow-up processes to ensure every deadline is met and every closing happens on time. Turn happy clients into raving fans by actively generating reviews and referrals during and after the transaction. Continuously identify opportunities to build smarter systems and workflows that save time and create efficiencies across the team. Show up fully for weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings, because growth is part of the job.What You Bring:
A service-first mindset. You genuinely care about the people you work with and the clients you serve. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without dropping a detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear, professional, and warm in every interaction. A natural ability to build rapport quickly with agents, clients, and transaction partners. A learning-based approach to your work, always looking to grow, improve, and level up your skills.Required Background:
1+ years of experience in an administrative role within real estate or a related field. You know how transactions work and you are ready to own them. A proven ability to do highly detailed, deadline-driven work without losing sight of the client experience. An active real estate license is preferred.Other Details:
