Location:
This is an on-site position based in Arlington, WA. Relocation may be considered for candidates who are already licensed to practice law in Washington.Note:
Candidates must be active members of the Washington State Bar. Litigation experience is strongly preferred, especially in real estate disputes, probate litigation, business law, or related civil litigation matters. Job Description Manage a diverse caseload involving litigation, real estate disputes, probate litigation, business law, and related civil matters Meet with clients, evaluate legal issues, and provide practical legal guidance Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategy with senior attorneys Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members Help clients resolve complex legal issues with professionalism, clarity, and sound judgment Contribute to a respected local practice with strong community ties Qualifications Active license to practice law in Washington Litigation experience preferred, especially civil litigation, real estate litigation, probate litigation, or business litigation Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and client expectations Comfortable working directly with clients and taking ownership of matters Professional judgment, integrity, and a team-oriented approach Interest in building a long-term practice in the North Snohomish County region Why You Will Love Working Here Long-standing firm with an excellent reputation in the community Broad, interesting work across multiple practice areas Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility Supportive team environment with experienced attorneys Opportunity to grow your skills and build a sustainable legal career Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, plus bonus potential based on productivity JPC-977Pay:
