We offer professional management services for multi-family properties in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties. It is our mission to build strong and vibrant communities by providing quality living space for residents and supporting the community they live in. We are seeking to fill a Leasing Agent position located at a property in Everett. As a Leasing Agent, you are the face of the community and the first point of contact for any potential residents or visitors. We hope to find an individual who brings a positive attitude, great customer service and the ability to problem solve. Each day can be different, so it is important that our new Leasing agent can collaborate with their team! This position is full-time and is open for an immediate start. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Market vacancies and preform a market survey
- Meet and greet prospective residents
- Guide prospective residents through available units while answering any questions that they may have
- Complete traffic sheets and maintain guest card files
- Preform move-ins and move-outs, collect rent and process applications
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining curb appeal, the office and the common areas of the community
- Provide administrative support which includes filing and maintaining the phones
- Run errands which can include the purchase of supplies, mailing at post office, etc.

- Able to keep a positive attitude in all situations
- A multi-tasker through many constantly moving parts
- An excellent problem solver
- Have superb marketing abilities
- Gifted in facilitating a sense of community
- Outstanding leasing abilities Qualifications and requirements:
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Living onsite is optional
- 1-3 years related experience preferred
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus
