We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our vibrant team in Federal Way, WA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in customer service, marketing, and negotiation will help showcase our properties' best features and foster positive relationships. Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants warmly and provide comprehensive property tours to highlight key features and amenities. Effectively communicate rental terms, lease agreements, and application procedures while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. Negotiate lease terms with applicants to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet company standards. Market available units through various channels, including online listings, social media, and community outreach efforts. Screen applicants thoroughly by verifying income, rental history, credit reports, and conducting background checks. Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, applications, and correspondence within property management systems. Collaborate with property management staff to coordinate move-ins, lease renewals, and tenant inquiries promptly. Strong collections experience Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive relationships. Excellent marketing abilities to attract prospective tenants through creative outreach strategies. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is preferred to serve diverse communities effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of sales techniques combined with a thorough understanding of fair housing regulations and property management practices. Familiarity with real estate law and legal documentation related to leasing processes. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple applications and maintaining detailed records efficiently. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
