Job Description
JT Solution Partners is looking for an apartment leasing consultant to work at an amazing community. Job requirements
- Tour apartment units with potential residents.
- Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
- Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files
- Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
- Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
- Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
- Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year in customer service and sales.
