- Right Hand to the Owner Specialty Account Development This position is a 50 / 50 Split 50%
ON THE JOBSITE
Boots on the ground with the crews- job starts and walkthroughs, verifying prep and finish quality, running materials, keeping the schedule honest, and picking up a brush when the day calls for it.
IN THE MARKET
Building the book with specialty customers- real estate agents, general managers, and property management organizations.
WHAT YOU OWN
Specialty Account Development Prospect, pitch and hold relationships with agents, GMs and property management groups- first call to signed work. Estimating & Bid Follow-Through Measure, price and present bids on residential, commercial and repaint work
- then chase them to a yes General Manager Duties Job costing, vendor accounts, hiring support, safety and jobsite standards
- carrying the load beside the owner. Crew Support & Scheduling Coordinate daily job flow, materials and manpower so the leads have what they need before they ask. Quality & Punch-List Control Final walks with the customer. Nothing is signed off until it meets a Top Coat finish. Brand & Marketing Presence Reviews, referrals, job photos, social and local outreach

WHAT YOU BRING
Painting Industry Experience 3+ years residential and/or commercial- you read a scope, spot bad prep, and talk coatings with a customer.

$60,000 Base+ Commission A $60K annual salary to start, plus commission on the accounts and contracts you bring in. Your book, your upside.
