Floating Leasing Agent Pacifica Residential - 4.0 SeaTac, WA Job Details Full-time $21 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Fair Housing regulations Property leasing High school diploma or GED CRM system proficiency Marketing Time management Full Job Description We are looking for a Floating Leasing Agent to go to our Seattle & Des Moise locations! We are a private company that specializes in providing professional, resident focused apartment and condominium community management. We believe that developing solid relationships with our residents, employees, vendors, investors, and partners is at the forefront of our success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local laws, particularly Fair Housing regulations. Greet prospects and residents warmly and enthusiastically. Process and select new residents according to our rental policy, verifying application details and documents. Submit applications to Property Manager for approval, notify applicants, and document interactions. Assist in multiple daily Craigslist postings and other marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates. Maintain closing ratios of applicant to first contact above 15%. Address objections during property tours and provide feedback to improve the process. Assist with lease renewal offers, ensuring compliance with local laws and company guidelines. Inspect each apartment prior to move-in using a checklist.
Skills:
2+ Years of current leasing experience is required. CRM experience is required. Ability to commute between properties. Effective oral and written communication required. High school diploma or equivalency. Ability to deliver consistent excellent Customer Service with enthusiasm. This job requires the ability to walk up/downstairs, kneeling or crouching, using hands/reaching/and other physical demands. Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods required. Ability to prioritize tasks. Time-management skills to meet established deadlines.
Requirements:
Must be able to travel will from SeaTac where the home office is located and go to Seattle and Des Moise locations.
Work schedule:
Tuesday- Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Must be able to work on weekends Why join us?
