Full-Time About Us We are an owner-operated property management company managing multifamily communities and commercial properties across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. We take pride in our properties, value strong resident relationships, and operate with integrity and accountability. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our team. About the Position We are seeking a Leasing Agent for one of our apartment communities in the Tukwila area. This is a people-focused, sales-driven role where your main responsibility is helping prospective residents find their next home. You will conduct tours, follow up with leads, process applications, and help maintain strong occupancy. The right candidate is confident with people, comfortable asking for the lease, organized, and persistent with follow-up. This is a fast-paced role that requires ownership, initiative, and strong communication skills. What You'll Do Respond to prospective resident inquiries quickly and professionally Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text Schedule and conduct apartment tours Present the community and available units Convert leads into applications and signed leases Process applications and coordinate move-ins Maintain accurate listings and records Assist with rent collection and basic accounting entries as needed Inspect vacant units and report turnover needs Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents Help maintain a clean, welcoming community Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is personable, motivated, and comfortable in a sales environment .
