Compensation:
$150,000 - $225,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-profile clients in the sports and entertainment industries. Identify and secure luxury real estate listings that align with the unique needs of elite clientele. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with our team to develop innovative marketing strategies that showcase properties to their fullest potential. Stay informed about market trends and insights to offer clients the most current and relevant information. Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients. Organize and conduct property showings, ensuring each visit highlights the property's unique features and benefits to prospective buyers or renters.Qualifications:
Experience in luxury real estate sales, with a focus on high-profile clients. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sports and entertainment industry professionals. Proven track record of securing and managing luxury property listings. Expertise in providing tailored advice and guidance to elite clientele during the buying and selling process.
