Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Apartment Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process, managing property tours, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster strong client relationships, support property management operations, and contribute to the overall success of our community. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents warmly and conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management tools such as Appfolio. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing exceptional customer service and clear information about leasing options Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fair housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws to ensure legal adherence in all transactions Assist with lease negotiations, upselling available units or additional services to maximize occupancy and revenue Process applications, conduct background checks, and verify tenant credentials efficiently Collaborate with property management staff on leasing strategies, conflict management, and client communication to foster a positive community environment Qualifications Proven experience in property leasing, real estate administration, or property management preferred Strong knowledge of property management software and customer relationship management tools Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail Demonstrated team skills and have a customer service-oriented mindset Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding living experiences.
