Job Description

Knight Barry Title is seeking an experienced and dedicated Closing Agent to join our team in Plover, WI! Come join an incredible team of professionals and a top title company with extensive benefits!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Prepare closing statements and perform residential closings. 2. Review and understand real estate conveyance documents. 3. Market the company's services to prospective customers. 4. Review title insurance commitments and related documents. 5. Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, lawyers and other company closers and title examiners on transactional and title issues encountered on specific transactions. 6. Display excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other customers to the company.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 1. A
minimum of 2-3 years of real estate transactional experience with direct customer contact. 2. The ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing. 3. A good understanding of real estate closing procedures. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability, and an ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. 6. Strong computer skills. 7. Strong customer service, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. 8. A proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSING 1.
High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Some college preferred. 3. Title Insurance Industry experience preferred.
