RMK Management is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team! As a Leasing Consultant , you'll guide prospective residents through the leasing process and help ensure a smooth move-in experience at our luxury community in the Milwaukee area.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with prospective residents, assess their needs, and provide tours of our apartments and amenities. Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and assist with renewals. Respond promptly to in-person, phone, and email inquiries — providing information, scheduling appointments, and following up as needed. Assist residents with service requests and contribute to positive resident relations. Support the property management team with additional tasks and community events.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work weekends. Drivers License and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (1+ year preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi and CRM systems is a plus.
