What You'll Do:

Build trusted relationships with property owners, residents, applicants, and team members. Take ownership of challenges, communicate proactively, and help drive solutions. Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Conduct showings, manage leads, and maintain a strong leasing pipeline. Required Qualifications:

Active West Virginia Real Estate License Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and software systems Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AppFolio Familiarity with the Mid-Ohio Valley rental market

Compensation:

Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and professional expertise. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved business travel.

Pay:

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
