Responsibilities  Welcome customers at the exit and verify rental agreements and required identification.  Confirm that the vehicle matches the rental agreement.  Record required departure information accurately.  Answer basic questions about return procedures, directions, and vehicle operation.  Coordinate with rental agents to resolve discrepancies before releasing vehicles.  Maintain orderly traffic flow and follow vehicle release and security procedures.  Provide courteous service during busy periods. Qualifications  Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.  Accuracy when reviewing documents and entering information.  Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.  Comfort using basic computer systems.  Ability to work outdoors in Phoenix weather, with applicable breaks and safety measures.  Availability for full-time shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.  Customer service, parking, or rental car experience preferred.
