Product Returns Representative Schedule :

7am to 5:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday - will be scheduled an 8 hour set shift.

Product Returns Representative Job Description:

The Global Support Team Representative will answering incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMA's, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers. (India and Brazil).

Product Returns Representative Required Qualifications:

Must have excellent written communication skills Strong Customer Service Skills Experience navigating multiple systems at a time Experience Creating RMA's and creating shipping and return labels is a plus!! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
