RENTAL AGENT POSITION DETAILS

Our Front Desk Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car rental agent and a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure. Maintain cleanliness of the RV Rentals Check guests in and out of their RV rental Take guests on walk-though of their unit Explain basic functions of different parts of RV Ensure Customer Satisfaction "Up sell" as appropriate

RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS

Excellent customer service skills Attention to Detail Superior communication skills Desire to work and learn Dependability 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Authorization to work in the U.S. Employment requires passing a background check and drug screen within seven (7) days of employment (Excludes marijuana)
