DANCE STUDIO RENTAL COORDINATOR
Liv'art Dance Studio North Hollywood, CA Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications In-person customer service Direct client contact Full Job Description Liv'art Dance Studio is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Studio Rental Coordinator to join our team.
Schedule:
  • Friday afternoons/evenings
  • Saturday afternoons/evenings
  • Sunday mornings
  • Approximately 20 hours per week Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and managing studio rentals
  • Communicating with rental clients by email, phone and in person
  • Keeping rental information, calendars and paperwork accurate and organized
  • Preparing studios for clients and ensuring they are clean and presentable
  • Checking studios throughout rental periods
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Following established procedures and keeping accurate records
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the dance world is required. This may include working or training in a dance studio, dance school, dance company, production, rehearsal environment, or another dance-related setting.
  • Strong understanding of how dance studios, classes, rehearsals and rentals operate
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Professional and friendly with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to follow procedures carefully
  • Able to take initiative and recognize what needs to be done
  • Comfortable working in a busy dance studio environment Administrative, office, or customer service experience is helpful, but a strong understanding of the dance world is essential.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
