This representative should be team-oriented and have an understanding of professionalism with attention to detail. They will need to be able to identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer service satisfaction while meeting the company's department quota. Strong listening skills, and must be able to work independently while managing time effectively. Energetic communicator, enthusiastic confident attitude, and goal-oriented Computer proficient Dependable, and punctual Strong work ethic Automotive or Parts Knowledge is a plus.
