In this role, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience during the vehicle return process while ensuring all rental transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Primary responsibilities:

Assist customers as they return and exit with rental vehicles Check rental agreements and confirm vehicle and customer information Inspect returned vehicles and document mileage, fuel levels, cleanliness, and damage Accurately process payments, deposits, and additional charges Provide receipts and explain charges or rental policies to customers Direct vehicle traffic and help maintain an organized return and exit area Communicate vehicle status and availability to the rental operations team Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally Maintain accurate transaction and vehicle records Perform other duties needed to support daily rental operations Preferred qualifications: Customer service or rental industry experience is preferred Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills Ability to handle payments and paperwork accurately Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record What We Offer Competitive starting wage of $19.00 per hour .
