At EDS Service Solutions, we partner with leading car rental companies across the United States to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Bradley International Airport. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the vehicle rental process. Greet every customer with a warm, professional attitude. Ensure each customer receives a clean, safe, and rental-ready vehicle. Assist customers with rental agreements, vehicle returns, and answer any questions they may have. Recommend optional products and services that meet customer needs. Accurately prepare rental and return documentation. Verify customer qualifications according to company rental policies. Explain rental rates, charges, return dates, and rental terms clearly. Provide directions, local information, and general assistance when needed. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while creating a positive experience. Help manage customer flow to reduce wait times and maintain efficient service. Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals.
