Collision Center Client & Rental Coordinator Crabtree Collision Center Are you a highly reliable, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Crabtree Collision Center, which is part of Crabtree Motor Group, one of the top collision centers in the state, is looking for a Client & Rental Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview This role is the face of our front office and rental operations. You will greet customers, manage front-desk and cashiering duties, coordinate appointments, handle accounts receivable, and oversee the full rental vehicle process from check-in to check-out. Success in this position requires strong organization, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures and company guidelines consistently. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding first-impression service Perform cashiering duties and process payments accurately Book and schedule repair appointments Manage accounts receivable follow-up and collections Check rental vehicles in and out Place customers into rental vehicles Thoroughly inspect rentals for damages and document findings Collect rental payments and related fees Maintain accurate records and follow all company procedures and employment guidelines Support a high-volume, fast-paced collision center environment with professionalism and efficiency What We're Looking For Proven customer service experience Extremely reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Comfort handling cash, payments, and basic administrative tasks Willingness to follow procedures and work as part of a high-performing team Be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Possible Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Overtime as needed Benefits 1 week paid vacation after 3 months of employment Paid sick leave Health benefits Opportunity to grow with a leading, fast-paced collision center If you are dependable, customer-oriented, and ready to play a key role in a top-tier collision repair operation, we want to hear from you.
