Job Description

Greet , Solve, Deliver Excellent Customer Service.
Expectations:
Project a professional manner with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality Assist customers in renting vehicles utilizing our reservation software Vehicle cleaning & detailing Ensure rental car fleet is in ready status Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly Process rental agreements and perform data entry tasks accurately Complete rental car return transactions Maintain an organized and clean work space Perform vehicle inspections utilizing company apps and accurately document damage.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Strong communication skills Ability to utlize software programs and traverse computer systems
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company's insurability requirements
