Job:
We are looking for talented candidates who are customer care pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. You are expected to work 16 to 24 hours per week, available to work on Mondays (required) and be flexible with your schedule | Reporting to the facility manager you will identify prospective customers' needs and offer storage solutions | Provide high level of service to current customers | Assist manager with collection of overdue accounts | Maintain facility cleanliness - storage units and front office | Perform light maintenance as needed

Required Skills/Experience :
1-2 years of retail or storage experience required Highschool graduate or GED required Customer Service Experience
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with tenants, guests, and co-workers. Flexible with your schedule, including weekends - Must be available to work on Mondays A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, dependability, and personal responsibility Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done Proficient in Microsoft Office Valid driver's license required Must be within commuting distance to the facility Physical Requirements

Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically | Visually look at a computer for extended periods | Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time | Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside | Repetitive hand motions, such as typing | Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.

Compensation:
Part-time Hourly Pay Rate | $15 to $17 - Commensurate with experience
