You will work directly with customers throughout the rental process while helping support the daily operations of the branch. Key Responsibilities Assist customers by phone, online, and in person Create, update, and manage vehicle reservations Check rental vehicles in and out accurately Verify customer information, rental qualifications, and documentation Recommend vehicle upgrades and rental solutions based on customer needs Complete administrative, clerical, and operational tasks that support branch success Work with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience Build relationships with new and interesting people What Success Looks Like The most successful people in this role Show up consistently and take pride in their work Communicate professionally and confidently with customers Enjoy meeting new people everyday Stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally Can effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities Enjoy helping customers and finding solutions Are motivated by performance, personal growth, and commission opportunities Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Ability to pass a background check Full-time availability required Availability to work rotating Saturdays Comfortable using computers, phones, and standard office software Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Sales experience Rental car, automotive, hospitality, banking, retail, or service industry experience Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
