Hawaiian Style Activities is seeking highly-motivated sales people to work at its Hilton Kaanapali Beach Club poolside "beach shack" location. We rent a variety of items for the beach, poolside gazebos and cabanas, and sell Maui Jim's and other items. Essential Job Functions Sell Maui Jim's and other items to guests Rent beach equipment (snorkel gear, surf boards, chairs, etc.) Rent poolside gazebos and cabanas Maintain work area in clean and orderly manner Use computer software system Hand out towels to guests

Hours:

12:30pm - 7:00pm, 3 days per week available

Compensation:

Hourly plus commission. Paid vacation/PTO and health care benefits dependent on number of days worked. 401k after 90 days. Other perks. Strong candidates possess the following attributes: Some knowledge of Maui Strong sales ability Strong, professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations skills Computer proficiency with the ability to learn Project a professional company image and attitude Fluency in English (speak, read, write) Provide resume and statement of interest Hawaiian Style Activities is an established company that has been operating on Maui for over 20 years. The positions are true "salesperson" positions with high earnings potential for motivated employees. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
