Job Summary:
As a Rental Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless rental experience. Your responsibilities will include equipment check-in, light repair work, and providing top-notch customer service, including loading and unloading equipment. Basic mechanical skills are helpful, and we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Primary Responsibilities:
Equipment Management:
Ensure all rental equipment is thoroughly checked in, cleaned, and well-maintained. Perform routine inspections to guarantee equipment is in optimal working condition.
Customer Service:
Educate customers on equipment safety procedures and provide clear instructions on proper equipment usage. Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment. Provide friendly and efficient customer support.
Operational Support:
Perform light repair work as needed. Maintain a clean and organized rental area. Power wash equipment to ensure cleanliness and presentation. Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Ability to handle diverse daily tasks. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions.
