RENTAL COORDINATOR
Reports To:
Director of Lease and Rental Sales Summary The primary function of the Rental Coordinator is to prepare assets for intake and outtake for customers. The Rental Coordinator also supports the Rental Manager for all their needs. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities for the position on a daily, weekly, or annual basis. 1. Check in all trucks Organize trucks on lot Work with Rental Manager and Lease Sales Manager on contact information for prospects Remove GPS and license plates from retired trucks Perform drivers' license audits on all rental reservations Conduct daily lot checks Take pictures of damage, record damage, and notify customer of damage Use Rental Management System to update rentals available and on rent Maintain insurance compliance and update certificates Send credit applications, follow up, and submit to Rental Manager for review Apply decals to all new trucks Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:

Working hours:
The individual will be required to work M-F from 8-5 and possible extended hours based on business needs. They may also need to be available for on-call or emergency situations. Physical requirements commonly associated with an individual working in a Heavy Duty Diesel Truck Repair Shop and not a technician.Mobility:
The individual should be capable of moving around the repair shop, including walking, standing, and potentially bending or kneeling to inspect vehicles or equipment.Vision:
Good eyesight and visual acuity are important for the individual to oversee repairs, inspect components, read technical manuals, and ensure quality control.Hearing:
The individual should have good hearing to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and vendors, and to be aware of any audible warnings or signals in the repair shop.Manual dexterity:
A certain level of manual dexterity is required for the individual to handle paperwork, use computer systems, and potentially assist technicians with tasks such as parts ordering or equipment setup.Lifting:
While heavy lifting may not be the primary responsibility of the individual, the ability to occasionally lift and move objects such as tools, equipment, or parts may be necessary.
