Ray Laethem Dealership is seeking a full-time Rental Car Agent. In this role, you will assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and returns while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with rental reservations and agreements Explain rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for damage and cleanliness Answer customer questions and resolve issues professionally Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Strong computer proficiency Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Personal Auto Insurance Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting Experience in the rental car or automotive industry (preferred but not required)
