Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dumpster rental team. This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and helping customers choose the right waste management solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both inbound inquiries and outbound sales efforts, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding dumpster rentals Recommend appropriate dumpster sizes and rental terms based on customer needs (residential, commercial, or construction) Generate new business through outbound calls, local networking, and lead follow-ups Build and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, and local businesses Provide accurate pricing, prepare quotes, and close sales Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus) Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (waste management or construction industry a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Working Conditions:

Office-based with occasional field visits to customer sites May require some evening or weekend availability depending on customer needs

Compensation:
