Qualifications Process Returns:

Receive and log incoming customer or vendor return packages.

Inspect Items:

Check returned goods for defects, damage, or missing parts.

Update Records:

Adjust inventory databases and process credit notes, exchanges, or refunds based on company policy.

Communicate:

Work with customer service, logistics, and vendors to resolve discrepancies Attention to

Detail:

Accurately count items and verify return reasons.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
