F.W. Webb, New England's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Returns Associate for its Syracuse, NY location.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, process, and ship inventory both internally and externally Operate equipment, such as forklifts, to move warehouse materials Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks Work directly with Customers as needed to process returns in a timely fashion. Check in and inspect customer returns Work closely with inside sales and vendors to get RGA's Multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment Adhering to all safety procedures and standards Assist with Inventory related projects as needed Assist in general warehouse duties when needed

Qualifications:

Experience with computer-based inventory management systems Good written and oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate with Vendors and Customers on the phone and via email. Must be able to work first shift hours Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs Previous warehouse, forklift, and/or overhead crane experience is a plus!
