4:30 AM-1:00 PM. Flexibility with days and hours preferred, including weekends and holidays.

Columbus, OH Rental Car Return Associate Requirements/Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting face-to-face with customers. Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods. Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work early morning hours. Valid driver's license required. About the Rental Car Return Associate Role As a Rental Car Return Associate, your responsibilities will include: Greet customers and assist with the vehicle return process. Inspect returned vehicles for damage, smoke, cleanliness, and other issues. Accurately document the condition of returned vehicles. Provide customers with itemized receipts. Answer customer questions and provide clear directions to the airport terminal. Deliver friendly and professional customer service. Work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.
