Role:
To check and key all Customer returns into the system. Purpose of Position To check and key all Customer returns into the system. Essential Job Functions Receive and inspect returned goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies. Verify return authorization and documentation. Work with vendors on any questions or missing return authorizations. Record return transactions in inventory or ERP systems. Provide the vendor with all necessary details for input into their system. Sort and categorize items for restocking, disposal, or repair. Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams regarding return issues. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the returns area. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Education and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Generally, 6+ months of relevant work experience preferred, but not required. Listens and gets clarification Observes safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properly Must be accuracy and thorough Must have good knowledge of reprocessing work Must be able to work efficiently Is consistently at work and on time Good interpersonal skills
