What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required Knowledge of golf products, including club heads, shafts, grips, and product components Ability to inspect products, verify part numbers, and identify defects or quality concerns Understanding of inventory management, product labeling, packaging, and documentation practices Basic computer and data entry skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE), or SCALE warehouse management systems Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality and safety Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, with frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, chemicals, and warehouse equipment Minimum of 6 months of experience in returns processing, warehousing, distribution, or a related environment preferred Previous experience using warehouse management or inventory systems preferred What You'll Do as a

Returns Associate:

Sort, clean, relabel, and repackage customer-returned golf products for inventory or resale Identify returned products and verify part numbers, product attributes, and configurations to ensure accurate processing Inspect new and used products for defects, damage, and compliance with established quality standards Prepare returned inventory for resale as new or used products when applicable Transfer inventory to the appropriate warehouse locations using the SCALE Warehouse Management System Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations and storage areas in accordance with 5S workplace organization standards Accurately document product information and maintain inventory records Collaborate with Returns, Customer Care, Credit, and Inventory Control teams to support efficient returns processing Follow company safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report workplace hazards or incidents Complete required safety, compliance, and job-specific training within established deadlines Identify opportunities to improve returns processing, product quality, and operational efficiency Assist with production and other assigned warehouse tasks as needed MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
