Part-Time Storage Associate Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Storage Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, interacting with customers, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient property. The position involves a mix of customer service, property upkeep, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting tenants and answering questions in person and over the phone Operate storage and rental management software (including U-Haul systems) Coordinate rentals, reservations, and payments for storage units and equipment Move and organize trucks and trailers on the property Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of trucks and trailers Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the property and premises Complete general cleaning duties, including office and grounds upkeep Assist with light landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal Monitor property activity and report any issues or concerns Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Ability to operate trucks and trailers safely Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and ability to learn rental/storage software systems Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting, cleaning, and outdoor work Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
