Sub-Rental Coordinator Salary Range:

$25-$29 per hour

Job Duties:

Responsible for the sub-renting all A/V equipment. Communicates with the salesperson of proposed sub-rentals; then negotiates with vendors for the best price and the best usage dates on all sub-rentals. Maintains the sub-rental vendor database with contacts, current address, insurance certificates, products available and quality of the vendor's equipment. Reviews and ensures that all incoming and outgoing sub-rented equipment is received as ordered and accurately returned. Strictly follows established processes in order to ensure accuracy in all equipment check-ins, damaged/missing equipment, and order extensions. Coordinates the pick-up and return of sub-rented assets. Required Education and Experience Must have AV background and solid knowledge of AV equipment. Must have effective communication skills and proven customer service skills. Computer proficiency required. Excellent interpersonal and team player skills. Ability to communicate with equipment vendors and all levels of the organization. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Requires a committed team player willing to go the extra mile. Clean driving record and current California Driver license. Must be reliable. Must have a sense of urgency to get things done.
