Rental Coordinator Doggett Toyota Lift - 3.3 Austin, TX Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Computer skills Full Job Description Rental Coordinator Classification Non-Exempt Job Summary The Rental Coordinator will assist the rental department with organization of rental duties. These activities may include, but are not limited to, opening and closing rental contracts, reservations, and new account applications, controlling and tracking inventory, assigning equipment, dispatching drivers and maintaining documents and records. Essential Functions Work with customers and sales team to coordinate the rental of equipment Create and execute rental contracts Invoice new and recurring rentals Create and execute rental-purchase agreements Maintain accurate fleet information Provide clerical support, such as, answering phones and processing paperwork Maintain customer account information Schedule and coordinate for pick-up and delivery of rental equipment Educate customers on equipment specifications, safety concerns, and proper use of equipment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work with no direct supervision Some industry-related experience preferred Typical Physical Activity While performing the duties of this job, the employee must have the ability to occasionally lift 75 pounds from floor to chest; reach and use the arms with a full range of motion; endure prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and squatting while performing mechanical operations; exert push and pull forces with the arms in order to use various wrenches and tools; endure prolonged forward and overhead arm positions while performing mechanical operations; use hands to grasp hand tools and parts and climb onto and operate equipment. The Rental Coordinator must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation efficiently and accurately, and without causing significant safety threat to self or others.
