Support QA testing for stores to ensure operational readiness, sharing actionable insights that impact operational decision-making or processes. Audit orders for accuracy while identifying and tracking any trends or anomalies that may impact business Support the parcel reorder process, including monitoring trends for process improvements. 2+ years' experience in customer service or business support Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, organize, and format information accurately while following established processes and step-by-step instructions. Strong data-gathering skills, with the ability to navigate complex information sources, evaluate details accurately, and turn findings into clear, reliable business insights. Preferred experience includes exposure to retail systems testing, parcel/shipping workflows, or seasonal event-based operations.
