Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Visit all properties after cleaning to ensure they're ready for guests Restock basic items (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags) Report damages, missing items, or issues directly to the owner Small maintenance (touch up paint, replacing filters, small fixes, etc) Complete property checklist and send photo confirmations Light errands (store pick-ups, returns, occasional small deliveries) ⸻

Qualifications:

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Must have a smartphone for checklists and communication Great attention to detail Clear, fast communicator (texting and photo reports) Flexible availability, including weekday and weekend mornings Prior experience in Airbnb, hospitality, cleaning or home maintenance is a plus ⸻
