Are you passionate, energetic, and motivated? We're looking for people like you to join our growing Independent Avis/Budget team as a Rental Sales Agent. This is your chance to build a career in a friendly, fast-paced sales environment where you'll be encouraged, rewarded, and supported to reach your full potential.

What You'll Do:

 Greet customers and prepare rental agreements.  Listen to customer needs and up-sell vehicles, products, and optional extras to enhance their travel experience.  Deliver excellent customer service at every interaction.  Meet and exceed sales and service goals.  Handle administrative tasks including daily logs and reports.  Communicate by phone and email in a professional, helpful manner.  Assist with vehicle returns and quick turnaround as needed.  Take on additional duties to support business needs.

What We're Looking For:

 High School Diploma (or equivalent).  Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.  Basic computer knowledge (typing & data entry).  Professional, engaging, and reliable.  Flexible working different shifts (including weekends).  Ability to sit, stand, and type for extended periods.  Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Bonus:

Prior car rental, retail, or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details Hours of Operations:

Mon-Fri:

Opening Shifts 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Closing Shifts 11:30 AM-6:30 PM o

Sat-Sun:

8:30 AM - 1:30 PM 

Requirements:

Must be available most Saturdays or Sundays, live near Round Rock, and have reliable transportation. Punctuality is essential. 

Compensation:

$19/hour + Bonus opportunities.
