We are a small, family-oriented company, and we are looking for someone who will be a good fit with our close-knit group. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, organized, comfortable working with customers, and ready to contribute wherever needed. Applicants should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service. Responsibilities may include assisting customers with rental reservations, preparing rental agreements, answering telephone calls, collecting payments, maintaining accurate records, and helping with the daily operation of the rental department. Familiarity with TSD rental software is a plus but is not required. Experience with CDK and Dealertrack is also preferred but not required. We are willing to consider the right person who is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to work.
