Overview We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales and Rental Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products and rentals at the counter and online providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at the Rental sales counter, offering product information and assistance
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
• Collaborate with the sales team to help market via our webpage and online sales.

Skills:

• Experience in sales, technical sales, or business development
• Familiarity with software products is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and negotiate sales
• Ability to identify market trends and opportunities
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
